    You would think so but I read a decent point by a Derby fan.He said with Rotherham he was always managing a relegated Championship side in League 1 due to the constant yo-yoing. The point is he always had a core of Championship players to work with to get back to where they had come from.At Derby he is having to build a promotion winning League 1 team from scratch.He's never had to do that before.

    If they can afford to sack Warney & co they'll be gone soon. Expectations are not being met there & won't be with them. Darren Moore waiting in the wings.

    That's a bit of a simplistic view. On that basis all teams relegated from the Championship would go straight back up but they don't.
    Clearly the manager has to know what he's doing to achieve promotion and luckily for us he did. Whether or not PW is the right man for the Derby job is an entirely different question.

    I would be concerned if I were a Derby fan
    They seem to beat the easier teams such as Burton and Fleetwood but when it’s decent opponents such as Oxford or Bolton they lose.
    He was much more consistent when he was our Manager in that division
