what exactly are L2 teams doing that is so different to the NL, at least 1 example
how long then for Baj and Ceds, any chance of seeing them this season....

Think chippers said you can't ask questions just to make your interviewee look constantly uneasy or catch them out as you end up with no honest answers (depending on the person). He tempered that by reportedly asking some simple ones with one or two more searching over the course of each interview or over a few. Suppose it means you need a relationship with the interviewee over seasons and therefore pick the searching questions. Jacob was a journalist I seem to remember, does he have insight to technique and how hard you go?
