Well, to be fair, I've just seen the result posted on Twitter with details of the project to create it and I have to say I approve, despite my earlier misgivings regarding BC being on the wrong side of the Trent. I think it looks great.

Personally I think it looks fantastic and is a great tribute to two fantastic managers and servants to this great city..!

The navigation is used by both teams, and away fans. I think to show Clough and Sirrel together is a very nice thought. Both great managers for the Nottingham (and Nottinghamshire) teams.

This isn’t the club doing this, it’s a Nottingham company, promoting two successful individuals. They don’t have to do this. It could just be a white wall.

    I’m in favour.

If it were the club, I’d think differently.
They were good friends, so i think it a nice gesture to have them together...

It's a great image of two iconic managers and local legends, but I agree that that close to ML, you'd expect a dedicated Notts mural. No way they'd stick it on the other side of the Trent.

If the owner of the Navi us involved, I'm surprised it's not the Forest Squad with the European cup

    It could have been worse.

It's up to us as a club to put this right in the long term but if we carry on with this notion that we're Fword's "little brother", eternally grateful for the scraps they throw our way (youth/reserve players) then I have very little hope. You have to WANT to compete with them, which we used to do, but I just don't get the sense we have anywhere near enough of the desire to do that in the fan base now, which is of course a by product of the decline. You can't make fans feel something they don't when they've had no experience of a rivalry, plus we've got a lot older fans now rationalising the current situation with the "I wouldn't want to be in the plastic money obsessed Premier League anyway" attitude.
It's going to take us getting back into tier 2 and staying in it to even begin to address this problem for real.

Yep. If the Reedtz Bros. can get us back to the second division we'd be a genuine threat to them once more and the patronising 'little brother' nonsense their fans say about their older brother would evaporate very quickly. Plus they'd be quite likely to be in the Championship with us by then too!

Is it painted as the original post said or is it just a projection? Or is it a projection in lieu of a painting? What do the owners of said business/house think about it and does that make them lieu tenants?

They might want to keep it private. It's nothing major, and should be ok if it's marshalled properly.
