    Hardly a fair penalty when one considers the finaciancial reward they received for staying up. It's seems to be quite corrupt really.
    I think they were relegated around 2006 Dubbs, they've since had further points deductions for further breaches but I can't remember how many. Closer to home there's always the case of Glasgow Rangers of course.

    Why does it take so long to bring charges and then give punishments against clubs? This punishment should have been applied to last season's table and therefore relegated Everton, instead despite the deduction they are still only 2 points from safety and likely to escape again.

    There’s no way that Everton will be relegated. I can’t see further than Sheffield. Utd., Burnley and Luton for the drop. Possibly Bournemouth.
