What a great interview, sensible, pragmatic and realistic. The man has been here a few days, it isn't possible for him to have spoken to all the players individually or to be given reports from all areas of the club, that will take weeks if not more. he made some great comments about not talking about the past or previous management, about not knowing the players character to know how they will recover from injuries. That last point shows that injuries and the amount of time out is impacted by the attitude of the players concerned, you watch how those that want it will be fitter quicker than those that aren't up for it. The last point was his comment on Plymouths recruitment young & fit hopefully that tells you about what type of recruitment strateg he wants to see.

Yes, that last point you make, I had the same thoughts. Maybe young, fit and enthusiastic will be one of his key aims.

I’m not sure how Cohen thinks he and the team can give 110% though which he mentioned a few times.
There’s being positive about things and then there’s asking for something that’s not possible

Agree entirely. Interviewer annoyed me, whoever he is, said at one point, final question and the went on to ask about half a dozen more. Very unprofessional.

Ferguson he was ok in 1st season here in league 1 he's history. New manager came across ok let him find his feet here then he'll know more about squad here.

Fergie played a massive part in us staying up last season. Not saying he will ever be the same player, but still a big loss for us.
