In fact I've been for a pee and bloke at side of me made eye contact. Red jumper. I winked and said "Avondale?" He just shook vigorously and scurried off...
.....not the best place to proposition a bloke asking his name while you're swinging your old man..... No wonder he scurried off

Hahahaha, Cayton, i was on table 39, moved us further down to the left of the stage, towards the bar down there. With the amount of big tables where we usually are, i was glad to be moved there. As for the Red jumpers, yeah I noticed that myself, mine wasn't a Xmas one. I walked the full length of the lounge, waiting for the "shout" or the "tap" on the shoulder.............I'll be in on Friday night with my daughters bloke as my guest.
I'm the typical 73yr old bloke, glasses, bald head and a "tashe"........i'll wait for your call Cayton.

PS, do you know the oldish lady Ann, she sits on her own near the door to the outside? I sit watching the game next to her.

Avondale, I've seen Anne who sits on her own bless her. What's the story behind that if there is one pal?

Thanks for the update pal. Like you say she's a wonderful lady to talk to and good for her carrying on with the tradition of following The Millers.

your description of yourself covered about 50% of the men in there and some women.
Though I've not spoken to her personally, My dad has spoken to Ann a few times.
