I would estimate it’s about 20-25% of the Park in total.
I'm led to believe that's now not part of the plan.

If DFC end up in a brand spanking new stadium on land that is owned by the Texans then good for them,on land owned by the council now that's a different kettle O fish. The training facility looks like its in Campy but i maybe wrong with that assumption.

If you’re looking at the plans that have been previously available, that’s because the facility is in Camperdown GB.

If, as tHeArAb says, the plans have been changed then fair enough. However this is what I’ve been aware of to date below……….

I'm not seeing a retail park and car parking on that plan.
On a wider note though I dont think the scheme has even been in for outline planning. Lot of hurdles to get over before a spade hits the ground.
And not seen anything confirming the Texans have the investment partnership needed.
I doubt Kilmac at the Campy have the capital to partner this. We're talking mega bucks $$$$

If they ever get around to formally applying for permission to go ahead with this I will be amazed.

And if it involves the acquisition of any blade of grass from Campy I (along with thousands of Dundonians) will be right in there with my formal objection.

In short. This is just another one of their fantasies. Like partnering up with AC Milan or Man City 😂 😂 😂 Anyone else remember DCT printing that nonsense? Hilarious stuff from The Fun. BIG on ideas though.

Plans have been changed it was about 1.5% of camper Doon before it was changed.

Camper Doon is over 400 acres.

So you will all still get to roll yer Easter eggs in campy.

Chances of it coming to fruition.....I'd say about 10 %

Chances of us moving to tannadice or utd moving to campy are in my opinion a bit higher.

Deary me! You come on here gloating and expect us to throw our arms wide open while your owners continue the delusion. How long has this Camperdown rubbish been going on for?

My suspicious minded self has me asking what are these Fun owners trying to hide every time a revamped idea of how the future will look. Then as sure as eggs are eggs, the ground share theories follow as if to create some pressure on the clubs/council/supporters that the City needs one new stadium, ie the New Campy Funderdome! Im sure you have more concern about our finances to worry how much money is going to the 3rd party who are creating these new plans every couple of months.

The talk about the need to ground share in relation to the creation of New Campy has me asking the question as to why? Surely the new ground could be built and ready prior to any requirement to move?

And anyway, having been caught up in the chaos of getting out of the proposed area after the Ice Hockey where 2.5k are trying to escape, surely the fun crowds would........ oh my mistake!
