    now let us start a great conspiracy theory, the German football association has just announced (last month) that they are dropped adidas after 75 years and going to their number one rivals Nike, so have adidas deliberately done this to create the German Football Association some embarrassment

    DM, yes I read that and it makes you wonder doesn't it. A lost massive multi million euro contract so I suppose Adidas are seething right now.

    my wife works there so i get to hear the townhall sessions the ceo does or bits of them and I attend the campus sometimes when the teams are training there or there is a visit from Klopp or others, it is a very traditional company but very family orientated it does have a very good culture. They were not happy but they have had some huge wins over Nike in the last two years so this is just Nike throwing money at this to hit adidas in its own back yard, it s a fascinating rivalry, add to that that Puma is next door and was created by the adidas brother and it is fun to watch.
