Watching us for the first time this season and it's not been too enjoyable. When you can do the basics like kick the ball, head the ball, pass the ball, cross the ball, mark an opponent, tackle an opponent.....then football is a simple game. Unfortunately we can't. Summed up by Bramall's long throw just before half time that only just reached the edge of the 18 yard box

Asking the wrong question, a player that has played so well at left wing-back and at left cb of a 3 and he puts him on the right, when we have a experienced right-sided player being played on the left in Peltier (not a wing-back I admit) but guess what we have a premier league loanee right sided wing-back on the bench, terrible team selection from Richardson, add to that selecting Wyke I have seen oil tankers move quicker than him, how bad a footballer is he. You cannot tell me that eaves or the young lad Ayers would do a worse job than him. These are an awful team and we could be 3 or 4 down at HT. I suppose the normal excuse will come out for team selection the players on the bench aren’t fit enough to start a game.

Yes Revan is a left footer but there's no excuse for leaving your brain in the dressing room. He's been slow to track back and caught ball watching so many times. He even had a chance to redeem himself for their goal but wasn't strong enough in the challenge.

You're right though, strange defensive choices. Why Seriki isn't playing I don't know.
