    As for maxwell the only person that ruined him was Dyche- the reason wet spam bought him was they saw what he could do and what he’s capable of - Dyche made him a defensive cog .

    After that the bad injury has hampered Maxwell career.

    Strange isnt it Weghorst and now cornet - absolutely no fault of their own doing - put down by Burnley fans.

    I have no idea how I've been dragged into the Cornet issue. I loved the guy, the goal he scored against Palace to equalise will stay etched in my memory.

    Weghorst is a disaster IMHO. The guy is obviously a very good footballer but is also clearly difficult to handle.

    Best end to the Weggy saga is take the money & run IMHO.
