I’m not saying that Trump wasn’t guilty but this trial was engineered for entirely political motives and if it hadn’t been Trump it would never have got to trial in the first place. What Biden and his crack head son did in taking Ukrainian money then denying it was far more worthy of trial and we now know was shelved by this corrupt Democratic government. This may of course make Trump even more popular because everybody knows it was a fix and if/when he does get back in the White House old Sleepy Joe and Junior had better watch out!!
There is no doubt that this was a political stitch up.Only a fool would disagree with that.A judge who openly stated, he hated Trump before the trial started and has a daughter who has donated over 50 million dollars to the Democratic party in the last twelve months.Biden does not come out of all this, very well.It really does stink of corruption.

Sky News pretty much saying he deserved to be found guilty because they don't like his personality.

    That's not justice is it?

    Is 'they' the jury?

It's pretty standard advice to give to a client in a criminal case that behaving like a bell end will not endear them to the jury. And jury members are human beings; it's hard not to notice when someone is behaving like a bell end.

Which is exactly my point. They've argued its tied to the election and campaigning, but haven't at any point said which guidelines or law was broken. They haven't because they can't.

I'm not a massive Trump fan, but what's gone on is "payback" for winning in the first place.

I'm not sure I follow, because that was the felony they named throughout the little coverage I saw.

It seems like it's an impossible task to remove politics from a situation like this given his profile, and I'm no better placed than anyone to say he's guilty or not... but... what I will say, is that a man leading the sort of life he's had, has clearly crossed boundaries decent people wouldn't go near, and if it wasn't for his wealth and influence he'd have fallen foul long before now over something. Justice, maybe not directly, but it's disingenuous of anyone to suggest he hasn't got something due his way.

No, it won't. Sentencing will be in July and Trump will appeal. This will take the process beyond the election.

Hopefully he won't win in November, and then the other, more serious charges, will go ahead.

So you think the entire jury was "a fix"? Based on what evidence? That they were all from NY? We were constantly told that it would take only one juror to find him not guilty for the orange one to get off.

Clearly all the jury (that trumper's counsel had a role in selecting) found the evidence compelling. Why is that a fix?

Trump paid off the actress and claimed it as a business expense. That is not a felony. The serious offence was that he did so to influence the outcome of the election. That was the felony.

He didn't win the election. Fact.

Please point me in the direction of the source that quotes the judge saying "he hated Trump".

    No bullshti please.
