I agree Sinkov.We need somebody who just wants and would love to be the Burnley manager not somebody with dillusions of grandeur and just see`s us as a stepping stone.
If that manager then has an unprecedented run of success with us and gets a better offer from a bigger club then so be it but certainly not somebody who is eyeing his former club whilst taking the job with us.
This obsession with a "big name” manager will always have that danger accompany it.
