Since no one really wanted him even with all the talk going around Everton Italy at least the club now has him tied up. If he changes his way and becomes what most know he can do. its a win win he stays if promoted or we get a decent fee Jan window or next season.

As we witnessed last season, Farke has the ability to influence people to change effectively - both young and not so.
Maybe he has connected with Gnonto (remember still a young un at 20) and has shown him the path to develop his play in a different position (i.e. a more central role) - one that will give him more influence on the game, give him more game time and will be better for him as a player in the long term. Gnonto has the right attitude and attributes (needs to relinquish his own, and his former agent's, pre-conceptions as to where he plays best) but only time will tell on this one. Maybe seeing his mate Summerville go to Wet Spam and sit on the bench has been a bit of a reality check for Willy.
It will be interesting to see what this season brings.

This is just very good business all around. Kudos to the 49's on this one

If he works out we make good money, or better yet, keep him for the prem. If not, he ends up going to Italy on loss for us but I think we all agree is not likely. Farke has a chance to work some magic.
