    aye, there’s a touch of the bayou in it. Great lyrics too; I’ve never really noticed them before.

    Think it was when they toured America,he became good friends with them and decided he wanted to move to America and join them.


    "Nash initially met both David Crosby and Stephen Stills in 1966 during a Hollies US tour. On a subsequent visit to the US in 1968, he was more formally introduced to Crosby by mutual friend Cass Elliott in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles.     I love the top notch lyrics of The Hollies,Stop,Stop,Stop being a great example of visualising the scene of watching a belly dancer,Bus Stop with its blossoming love under an umbrella and Jennifer Eccles (don’t forget the whistle) all great songs and there’s many,many more that’s just as good

    IMusy be good then,i presume he didn't he accept the offer..I know Egremont,they have a rugby league team in the amateur league.

    I could never get into them Alf although I did like The Cutter when it came out,there was also a group around the same time called The Associates who had the same sound and I didn’t like them either
