Got stuck in the car park that many going early that tells you we were never going to get anything out of that game. We had nothing to put Birmingham under pressure & there's nothing in that squad to change it with.

Case of who gets twitchy first, big T, or fat Steve.

    My reckoning neither.

Settle in for a relegation battle on the current evidence.

Yep settle 5th bottom at the end of the season if we can. I would celebrate that now. The football is awful.

Moms were James and Tiehi but they get taken off. Also why was humphries taken off he was best of CDs. Nombe has the control of an elephanr, JCH did nowt. Rafferty slow. Powell kept giving the ball away when he came on.

Were a yard behind the opposition on the pitch.

We have relegation written all over us.

That`s probably the best League 1 team I`ve seen in a very long time, they won`t lose many this season,so daft as it sounds...2-0 wasn`t that bad !
However, lets just rewind a little, when we were relegated under Warne,we did actually look like one of the better teams in the league, can anyone say that now ?
I understand why he went with 5 at the back, but it didn`t really help much,we are crying out for some width in the team, can`t he see that ?
In a game like that, our set-pieces will be the only way to score, and yet again, they were p*ss poor, don`t they practice these things, what happened to the centre backs being a threat in the box, whatever is the system we are playing, won`t win us enough games to get in the top half, never mind the top 6.

Agree about the free kicks. Ww had plenty again today but never seem to get anything on target with them.

What are we doing in training?

I always had an idea this was going to be a recooperation season having sailing the boat out with "proven" championship players which sadly didn't work..I guessed before that this was similarly like when George kerr dismantled the team in 82 83..George got slated for that but he's not going to turn a job down..he knew what he had to do, but some fans can't see that, they only see such as Ian porterfield who had the money from the millers coffers as a top manager...George kerr won a title..jimmy mcguigan was a winner with Chesterfield..if you ain't got no money to buy it's a hard job..so I think the plan this year was minimum spending..

The next three games will tell us if he is right, at the moment we are in a relegation position and we have won one game out of seven. Losing like winning is a habit.

To be fair we lost before a ball was kicked anyway...
The accolades that were being given out by our manager to our opponents all week (and season) were an absolute disgrace.
Can you imagine Churchill telling the D Day troops "These are the Germans lads - the Galacticos of Europe...
Sunk before a shot was fired with a built-in excuse to lose.

Yes we are in a relegation slot at the mo but come on pal, even you, do you think Evans will accept relegation on his CV? He's never had one yet! What he has to do is start to be brave and get some wing play brought into out game and cut out this route one s.hite!

Let's see how brave he is when Tony calls him in to discuss our current position, today should not be in the itinerary as we all expected that to happen.

I saw your post about sending Hugill out on loan and has much as I think there is a player in there somewhere, I'm now convinced he's just doing an Eaves and taking a wonga wage without being too fussed about starting or playing. Strong words I know but even I've now run out of patience with him.
