I agree, a world of difference, our style of play won’t get us promoted, also if by some miracle it did we would be destroyed in the Premiership, even teams like Brentford, Palace play with pace and movement, playing us would be like playing against an over 60’s side

Carlos aim is to play a more attacking game , we are only 10 games in sitting on 18pts from 10 games .
Teams are working us ,but Carlos with find the solution's.
Take another look on 20 games and hopefully we will see the progression in our play ,no worry for me getting the points .
With the subs ,he is using the squad to avoid long term muscle injury's,we are playing again on Wednesday .
Matty Philips has missed the last 5 matches for Oxford , think that's why we let him go .

One game. I watched Leeds the other week and they were awful and talk of Farke having to go. Burnley the other week were woeful. I don’t think we’ve had one game that matched how bad they looked but I expect some leapfrogging over the coming months. I would rather have Corberan than any other manager in this league plus a few in the Prem. ups and downs for all of us.

I'm all for opinions but the Carlos Corberan thread on .com is beginning to resemble a race to the bottom. WBA Unofficial generally has a more measured approach, that said they draw some very odd conclusions on their too.

I do think his centre half pairing makes it difficult for CC. They really aren't good on the ball or quick thinkers. Added to that I don't think you can gain momentum in games any more if you don't play from the back. The 'half-way house' is slowing it down at the back so the CB's are comfortable and try to get Mowatt involved as much as possible. Not ideal but it's better than long ball!

I see progression for us in moving on from these pair and I think it will make a world of difference. I'm sure longer term Heggem takes the CB spot and Styles takes over at left back.

I always think we ride our luck during most games. That and poor quality finishing helps a lot. It's why it can be embarrassing to see us in the EPL soon.
We would be ripped a new hole to be honest.
Maja is proving to be inconsistent.
We have the same problem we have had for some years. No natural goal scorer.
If we can only muster one goal a game then we are going to struggle over the season. Immediately going three games without a win and we drop from top to play off hopefuls. Early days still.
