    Plenty of opportunities.
    But:
    No teeth.
    No bite.
Haven?t replaced natural goalscorers in Cole and McAtee.
And - DC is struggling with the job.
Clearly DC is a step or two better than Collins.
    But that?s all he his.
We need someone at the helm better than that.

Disappointed as we should've won imo. Reading were very vulnerable from set plays and we mostly got the delivery right but were unable to get a telling connection. Readings second goal we were static and unreactive after a great save from the keeper. Disappointed but as this season has gone- not unexpected.

Thought we were decent tonight and we probably deserved 3 points. Just need to get the second goal when 1-0 up or if Humphrys buries the golden chance. Will have to watch the highlights back but their first looked like it was going comfortably to Killip before deflecting off Smith and then the second looked a great save from Killip only to fall at the striker?s feet. It feels like we never have the ball drop for us in the box but then I?m probably being biased. I suppose Earl?s kind of dropped for him.

Disappointing to only come away with a draw. Hopefully we can play a strong side next Saturday and get another cup win because we are going to need some confidence going in to December. Could be make or break.

Agreed. Only slight gripe was 2 minutes of added time. Both goals they took an age to get back to their half and there was a fair few subs in total too.

Overall, much better than his dad though.

I agree and I thought he was one of the better refs we have had this season but the linesman in front of where I was sat in the west stand had a shocker , bottled a number of calls plus his judgement on offside was extremely questionable , regarding the match , I thought it was an entertaining affair where we played on the front foot and at a decent tempo coupled with some very good approach play which in my opinion had a lot to do with Connell back on his A game, he was excellent all game , I would liked to have seen Jalo on instead of Cosgrove and the Nigerian lad on for Russel but that is just my opinion and to be honest Humphies should have netted with a couple of opportunities but I still thought he played very well.

Yes, the linesman in front of the west stand was very poor. Don?t expect much from them at this level but some of the decisions he missed weren?t even close.

Agree about the subs. I would expect Nwakali to start in the cup on Saturday. If he puts in another good performance, he should get to start in the league. Russell had a good spell but he?s been poor in these last 2 games.

Agree that Luca played well. Earl was the best player for though. Used the ball mostly well, solidly defended and took his goal well.
