    Another pointless, unnecessary kit change.

Real battling performance tonight, hardly giving Sunderland a sniff at goal. See what the second half brings.

My heart is in my mouth when Palmer has the ball at his feet. Could easily have cost us a goal. In all honesty, Sunderland look the more likely to score even though we have defended well. Basically we are looking to snatch a goal from a breakaway.

As Boingy says, a very good defensive showing tonight not allowing Sunderland a clear cut chance. Would like to see a but more steel from the midfielders though as they are getting knocked off the ball too easily.

Whats wrong with that? Good tactic against a team that has started the season really well with a very good home record. Go gung ho and we get tonked. Sunderland have really struggled to break us down. Maja could have had us 0-1 up, lets hope for some other chances in the second half and the same concentration in defence. Its a tough ask but we can do it. A draw would be a great result tonight.

Superb result with players out of their usual positions. A really gutsy team performance.
