Stop playing 4-3-3 would be a start, we do not have the pace in the wide players of the front 3 or the hold-up play in the middle of the front three.
We need a system that lets us play with natural width and increase the number of crosses into the box for JCH to attack.

Yes and no. Evans loves wilks so he always gets a go. he's more effective when he's left to roam around . let him roam but as a number 10 just off jch and also give us 2 wide players.
Evans has got so much wrong this season I hope his stubborn Ness doesn't get him sacked

Agree totally. Said many times. 352 away. or 442 at home is more to our strength...
Sadly we don't have a rwb to play 352
And Evans insists on playing odoffin and tithe in the middle of the park

Only Wilkes out of those add something to the side. Central midfield never been right all season.
