Bogle has a groin issue by all accounts. And Chris Long's child is in hospital I am reliably informed. Where we are now with this squad of players is a reflection on the management team and the squad of players, and I mean all players, being more together, if that were possible, than last seasons squad. So when the likes of Thomas, Powell, Long, Bogle etc are back we will be even more of a force to reckon with.

Not looked at this board for ages and have only posted infrequently. I was driven away by a certain poster who continually slated certain aspects of the club particularly the academy. I hope he is ok and I do wonder what he has to say about our current league position. The lads are doing brilliantly, I?d love see the ground full next Friday it?s what players deserve.

I stand corrected and take back my comments about Long if the above info is the case.
I also, sort of, regret my reaction to the team news. It was just a frustrated reaction. Part of this frustration is because I want to watch exciting football and the Alex's 'patient' build up sometimes drives me mad!
Yes, the management have built a really good squad and they are on course for promotion. Hopefully, when everyone returns the Alex can impose themselves on this division.

I just wish the club would keep us more informed on injuries and personal type problems

Me too but it seems this is common with many clubs as a tactic to confuse/disinformation the opposition.
It would help us to know tho'.
