After which meal does the deep fried Mars bar dessert emerge?

Steak pie and chips for the evening meal today. Finish off the oliebollen and appleflappen shortly for lunch. We slept through breakfast. A beer or 3 whilst watching the Rams on one screen and the darts on another. The odd one whilst watching the darts this evening.

Weighed in at 98Kg this morning. The plan is to be down to 90 by the summer. Some brisk walking, about an hour a go, will be done on a daily basis. A couple of swims a week, starting with 30 minute jobs which should see me doing 1.5Km each time. After a couple of weeks the distance should increase and then slowly increase the time up to a max of 1 hour. Also considering investing in a Concept II rowing ergometer. From around the end of March/early April, the racing bike will be out on the roads again. Negative side of it will be that I'll probably have to invest in some new clothes as my current gear, especially in the trouser department, will be way too big. Shirts, sweaters, coats and jackets should be OK.
