This is an amazing signing. Jarvis absolute ripped up Irish Prem for Shelbourne last couple of seasons on loan from Hull. To get him on a permanent is unbelievable business!!

I have never heard of him and don't know anything about him like a lot of people no doubt. But one thing I do like is that we have signed someone from a championship side who has made a few appearances at that level this season and is young who will be able to develop and establish themselves with us. It's a long contract but that is good business and protection for the club and also gives the player security as well.

This seems a similar signing to when we got Macari from Stoke. Similar age, similar experience and at a championship club and looking to establish themselves in the EFL.

A bit of a wow signing for me...I know very well who this guy is from watching LOI over here in Ireland, part of Damien Duffs title winning side this year, very decent player with a good turn of foot too...did well over here and I know a few Sherborne fans who were gutted he was recalled by Hull.... I would of thought it was a loan but a 3 and a half year contract is tieing the chap down for the long term...Welcome aboard young Will......Happy with this 👏

What are his best qualities, Irish? And his best position? Wiki says a forward, then goes on to say a winger. Reckon he'd be more likely to play as a wing back in our system than a no.10?
