I wonder if theres a high demand for the hospitality areas? Itll be key to income to see how much the capacity of these increases in the new stadium. Not great for the man on the street, I know, but its critical that match day income is increased (rather than attendance alone).

The Barracks is always sold out.
It?s the cheapest hospitality option there is, either a price point around ?200 a ticket.

There?s free ?street style? food in there, but it is always rammed by an hour before the game, so there?s a lot of trade at the bar and it?s open for up to 2 hours (I think) afterwards? there?s usually a good crowd drinking there for an hour, which means more income.

That?s only in the Milburn stand, so I can see an equivalent in different parts of the stadium in a new ground.

Got to remember that Spur have 63k and their match day revenue jumped around ?70M with their new ground, so even 65k will see a bit uplift in revenue.

I?d like to see 70-75k? there?s a lot of demand for season tickets around, and with 75k they?d still have a fair chunk of people applying to a ballot - which is a lot more expensive per game than a season ticket cost per game.

Design wise, I don?t care too much, would prefer not to have the bowl type but allows more seats in a smaller area and maybe it works better for acoustics having so many in a smaller area area? will be good to not have the split levels for stands, I?ve been saying since the increase where we had a uniform level and enclosed space that the sound levels have never matched the old 36k capacity becasue the acoustics weren?t as good? so fingers crossed they have that in mind for any design.

Aye, even one huge, unbroken end where fans who want to sing could gather, would improve the atmosphere.

Spurs' 'Dortmund' end looks incredible but it doesn't appear to have become the force that it could have been...and that's down to their fans.

English fans don't have it in them, imo, to recreate what Dortmund do-it's not a difference in passion but in mindset-but I think we'd make more of a 'wall-style' end than most other clubs.
