Just goes to show. Mrs Sota and I thought it was a load of tosh. So do all our Brit friends here. The main actor is very good at his job but is an absolute @rse in real life. Each to their own I suppose.
Usual luvvies! there's him more can't watch. Not much I can it's all been done same as music.
No...no idea
Anyway, brilliant bit of TV,not perfect,as someone else said, the foot chase was a bit "Pedestrian",and I`m sure in real life the cops would have taken Jamie`s mate into the cop shop for questioning instead of chatting to him in the school.
But,really well written and shot, and top notch acting from some "Luvvies" apparently, special mention to the young woman who was Princess Ann in the Crown, and of course the young lad playing Jamie, what a star.
This city is ours better gritty watched 1st 2 had time at a christening to nip out somewhere remote shoot a mole & chuck the body over a cliff!

For people expressing some confusion as to the meaning of the above post, it should read:
"The TV programme This City is Ours is, in my subjective opinion, a more successful example of the naturalistic, issue based drama form, when compared to Adolescence. I was fortunate to watch the first two episodes when I was able to withdraw from a reception ceremony that I was attending in the countryside. I then somewhat randomly went outside to climb a cliff where I encountered a mole and for some reason which I may or may not expand on in future discourse, shot the ****er and disposed of it by throwing the bloody carcass over the cliff that I was randomly climbing. Why I mentioned the incident of the mole and cliff is not yet clear to me, but I do very much recommend this sherry that I am consuming.
I hope that clarifies my perspective",
