It's not that we won or how we played it was all about getting rid of the so called superstars and basically playing youngstars full of enthusiasm
And wanting to play. We are talking about baby faces 17 year olds (first score) 18 and 19 year olds even the goalkeeper plays for Olympiacos and is only 21.
Some on here think they are baby's even at 23 year old they play under 23 team lol Gray proved you don't have to be a grown up to play and countless other young players around the world. Meslier for instance 25 years old and people say lay off him as his only a baby lol.

Tanaka helped Japan become the first non-host nation to qualify for the 2026 World Cup when playing 45 minutes in a 2-0 win over Bahrain. The midfielder then played 90 minutes against Saudi Arabia in a goalless draw but seems to have gotten through knock-free.

Dan James recorded a goal for Wales in their 3-1 World Cup qualifier against Kazakhstan on Saturday. On Tuesday, he was denied a penalty away in North Macedonia having been felled by former Leeds man Ezgjan Alioski, though Wales managed to snatch a 1-1 draw deep in added time.
Karl Darlow played in both games, meaning hes now played more games for his country at 5 than 3 Leeds this season.
Joe Rodon played through both too, picking up a yellow card on Tuesday.

Junior Firpo got on the scoresheet & fired home an 85th-minute penalty for the Dominican Republic in a 2-0 win over Puerto Rico overnight, having missed the first reverse friendly on Saturday - though Leeds have no concerns over injury in that regard.

Manor Solomon grabbed an assist in Israels World Cup 2-1 qualifying win over Estonia before captaining the side to a 4-2 defeat to Norway. Both games were played at home so Solomon had little travelling to do.

Ilia Gruev playing in Dublin against the Republic Of Ireland on Sunday & played almost every minute of the Nations League play-off defeats to the Irish, which ended 2-1 in both home & away legs.

Isaac Schmidt was handed his senior Switzerland full debut against Northern Ireland last week, playing 68 minutes, despite being yet to start a league game for Leeds. He then played 24 minutes in the second friendly, against Luxembourg on Tuesday.

Mateo Joseph managed to find the net for Spains under-21s against Czechia on Friday in a 2-1 win. He then played 85 minutes in a 3-1 defeat to Germany on Tuesday but it still means he boasts a healthy age-group ratio of 7 goals in 9 appearances.

Sam Chambers scored for Scotland under-19s against Sweden.
Darko Gyabi, on loan at Plymouth, played 120 minutes for Englands under-20s across clashes with Portugal & Switzerland.
Charlie Crew captaining Wales under-19s in their three fixtures against England, Portugal & Turkey.
