You mud be getting confused with the Dundee United Football Company Limited annual accounts.
Don't take him on Islay. Interactions with Roma are like conversing with the village idiot. He thinks he's funny; he's not. He tries to be a total wind up merchant but isn't very good at it and fails miserably. He's treated by most on here as our pet loon, barely tolerated and is best left alone to haver his interminable pish to his heart's content and ignored in the hope he'll try posting on his own side for a change. He's probably ignored over there too!

    Thank you for your advice.
I get annoyed when I see Roma posting duff information to the detriment of Dundee Football Club.
That is why I try to correct him.

He posts duff information simply as a wind up and rants on about truth but he wouldn't know the truth if it but him on the @rse. As I said in the previous post he is best ignored.

At the Dee4life AGM on 1st February 2025 a former Chairman of Dee4life told the members present that it was very difficult trying to deal with John Nelms in 2014 despite Dee4life still having both their Primary and Secondary representatives on the Dundee Football Club board of directors.
Eleven years later things have got a lot worse with Nelms refusing to speak to the Dee4life board of directors.
Maybe Dee4life board should try to find a way forward that did not rely on speaking to John Nelms. There are other directors of DFC. Perhaps communicating with them might be more useful?

You, sir, are an idiot. Now duck off back to where you are wanted. Have a look at your own club's debt.

I previously told the Dee4life board of directors that they should bypass Nelms and send any correspondence directly to Tim Keyes. Then it would be up to Tim Keyes to decide whether to contact Nelms before replying or not.
At the Dee4life AGM in November 2023, Nelms?s message boy told the meeting that in future the Dee4life board of directors would have to send any correspondence to John Nelms via John Burke the SLO.
This is a waste of time as John Burke has subsequently posted on another forum that he does not speak to John Nelms in his role as the SLO.
