My belief is that he overthinks the team selection and probably overestimates the players performances in training. No doubt the likes of Diangana, Swift, etc impress him just as previous manager but come the day against any half-determined opponent they wilt. Not a proper captain among them since Fletcher. Tony honestly thought he could breathe life into the team and set free the inner child but probably now realises we need more soldiers than artists as he once said.
