I'd leave him in for now, seems way too harsh to sack him when he (although I admit, unlikely) could still take us up. If we don't go up, then I'd be indifferent about if he stays or goes.
Yes
No
Out now.
Even if we get promoted, I?d still want better than him. I believe we?ve got our current position (eg high enough to be possible playoffs) despite him, not because of him.

Wheres the logic in sacking a manager whilst vying for a promotion place.?
BUT if he foesnt get us promoted then I'm sorry to say I think the club will need a fresh start for next season.
In - if we get promotion
Out - if we fail to get in the play off places
Shake it all about - if we get to the play off finals and lose.?
I've seriously doubted our playoff chances for weeks. In a bldy awful league, Notts are simply not good enough, and eventually your competitors must pick up points. How much is Maynard to blame for the players poor efforts at both ends of the pitch? Williams was doing as bad if not worse.
The owners seem to be the very opposite of the "You had your chance and blew it, next please!" approach, so it seems likely SM is here to stay - for the time being at least.
No point sacking him now. If he falis in playoffs or doesn't get in the playoffs a MASSIVE YES to sacking as soon as possible. Over to you, Plonker.
Or sack him now if Williams is happy to have a go at playoffs.
Out - dreadful appointment. Maynard should never have been shortlisted let alone appointed.
Thankfully Montague has already gone as he should shoulder the blame along with SM for some of the signings and length of contracts he handed out.
Hell be here next season, get used to it
