Now that would sort most if not all of our problems out as to being under funded in two seasons time.
There lies some of the problem brin. Too much money and realistically there's clubs in league one spending in excess of that amount

Cayton, and to that pal I would say more the fools them and the sooner they are called to account the better.

Stewart plays from a level playing field and does not put the club in any jeopardy and for this as a fan of RUFC I'm grateful.
I wonder if he ever thinks of over spending just to see how far he can push the boundaries before being called to book?

You'd think not with the way he prudently conducts his business.

I'd love to see Matt's Miracle but like the moon - which moves 5cm further from the earth every year - I fear the financial gulf has already grown too wide for another one, since the last Warney Wonder.
Like all of this lousy world, it all falls at the feet of money now.

Easy to focus on incoming money but equally easy to forget what we spend the money on.

The general feeling is that we are a club struggling to make ends meet yet we have 54 players and staff in the youth set up ( who seem to fail to produce a product) and we?ve recently advertised for an LGBTQ+ coordinator

    Doesn?t tally for me

Who came up with that idea of a post?

Well we have won awards for the community work and I think Warne recognised that we need to try to find some other advantages if we?re behind on budget - I think he genuinely believed the ?good people? thing but also probably saw it as a potential advantage, and that can run through the club. Obviously last couple of years have shaken that, bur have a chance to get it back with Hamshaw. Won?t solve all our problems but gives us a chance of an edge.

I thought our business model of ?stay in business while clubs around us go bust? was going to see us with a chance of Championship solidity, but somehow many clubs stay in business despite ridiculous amounts of debt or can attract bonkers new owners to keep them ticking over.
