I know he’s not everyone’s favourite and susceptible to the odd defensive blunder…but I quite like him in view of his speed and desire to take the ball forward. In the absence of a CH transfer in, he must be the better option over Bartley.

It would probably make sense to wait until the new head coach is in place before making too many decisions.

If I was the new manager I would want to bring in my own back room staff who know the style and are singing from the same hymn sheet.

It was so obvious Morrison was going to give Wallace and Grady minutes in the last match. Why the hell would you let Grady have minutes when his heart is set on leaving? This was the ideal opportunity in a no nothing match to showcase more youngsters.

The youngsters will have their chance next season if they are deemed good enough, it'll be interesting to see what pre-season friendlies there are and which ones we are allowed to go and watch.

If we hadn't have played Luton , because of the integrity of the league , I'm sure more youngsters may have played a part .

Me too. Damia in particular is very passionate (as you can see on the touch line) and is very good at his job. Ive always found Morrison very dour and low key in comparison so I dont think hed be a big miss but he knows the club well.

I?m with Al on this, it?s all been too cosy, this is a chance for a big clear out, start a fresh with a new manager and his own back room staff, new ideas, new beginnings and if it takes 2-3 seasons to build a competitive squad then so be it

Not for me. Managers will always come and go; some continuity is key to surviving that. If they do well, bigger clubs will target them, if they dont then they are sacked. It?s the way it works given the size of our club.

Morrison and Brunt are club legends and could be our future managers. They would throw it all on the line for the club and we need that. Lads to look up to, not some strangers who could just be looking for their next job.
