The club where careers go to die. Cunha & Bummo both went for the 100k + a week wage packet.

Bummos gonna be missing for 5 weeks in December & Jan. Cunha was someone I was underwhelmed about when he was linked with us.

The Lad Amad, the only player at that club I'd consider a viable option for Eddie Howe to turn into a decent player, the only one that put in a shift last season and showed mental strength and determination is screwed. He's a wide right player and A-moron plays with 2 No.10s in a narrow front 3. He's not a wing back, defending is not is game. So he's cooked, career stunted. Such a shame for the young lad.

Sesko will no doubt like hojlund believe has is the man, strikers do. However, that atmosphere is toxic. A lot of people have A-moron as top pick for the sack race next season.

I don't think he'll be first but definitely in the top 3 with the promoted teams. The crowd will turn on him should results go against them in the fist 2 months.

Sesko has a choice. We've been chasing him since Salzburg, like Giraffe Neck-itike, we'll have to see if the lad has ambition for his career or to line his bank account.

Either way, his signature has nothing to do with whether Isak stays or goes.
Sounds like a similar situation to Ekitike. They want the striker, hope that Isak stays and will be stronger for the future.
I think Sesko is a huge talent - hope we bring him in.

Ekitike moved to a club in the champions League who won the league last year.
The filth arent' in Europe at all. He might as well stay at RB Leipzig. Only reason he'd go there is the same reason ad Bumhole & Cunha for 250,000 a week. Cash over career.

Sheikh Yasir has got to deliver in the absence of the appropriate senior management at the club.

Regardless of Isak going or staying the club needs to make a statement to the Football establishment "F**K YOU we are not going away."

Eddie needs the tools to do the job.

This might be a controversial point of view, but for the next 4-5 signings - I assume we will bring in at least four new first-team players - I think we should overspend. Just spend the money. Take the squad to the next level. Accept that we have to pay overprice in order to be able to compete in the PL and CL the coming season.

I know there's a limit to everything and FFP etc., but we need more quality and we need it soon.

With the PSR rule change next seasons means that we can spend 70% of revenue/income on wages.

So we need to increase the commercial revenue to make that 70% a larger sum of money to enable the club to spend more on wages.

Sure, but in my estimation we can spend big transfer fees without getting PSR-penalties. But maybe I've misunderstood how it works?

In the 2025/26 season, Premier League clubs competing in Europe will be limited to spending 70% of their revenue on player wages, transfers, and agent fees. This aligns with UEFA's financial regulations. Clubs not in European competitions will be allowed to spend up to 85% of their revenue on these costs. This is part of a broader reform of the Premier League's Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR), which are being phased in.
    Here's a breakdown:
    70% Spending Limit:
This is the key figure for clubs participating in European competitions, mirroring UEFA's rules.
    85% Spending Limit:
This applies to clubs not in European competitions, a concession to the financial realities of teams who don't have the same revenue streams.
    Gradual Implementation:
The 70% limit is being phased in, with a 90% limit in the 2023/24 season and 80% in 2024/25.
    PSR Reform:
The Premier League is moving away from the previous PSR model to this new system, which focuses on squad cost control.
    Potential Penalties:
Clubs breaching the rules could still face points deductions, as well as potential financial penalties

    Thanks for the breakdown, Raga.

I guess we?ll just have to see whether or not we have the financial capacity to bring in enough players to truly improve the squad.

To a bigger extent the money is there. The issue is that the usual suspects, the cartel, are always going to over-spend to ensure they get the player ahead of us.

    1. To strengthen them
    2. ensure we don't develop

So we need to focus on the lad at Stuttgart https://www.transfermarkt.com/nick-w...spieler/455661
Woltemade. His numbers last season were a match of Neck-itike. He's valued at 30m Euro so we can get him for 40m quid and will come in without the hype and do a great job.

It's clear that no matter who we go for Sesko, etc as soon as it's leaked the cartel step in to block us.

Waste of time. Go for the high profile player, force the price up and then sign the low-key Money ball player with great stats.

Vlahovic has major injury problems, so much so that Juve were considering cancelling his contract & he's on ?427,308 gross per week.

    Insane!

Great player on his day but like Wilson, his day is very rare.
