Well I'd have him in a flash if he's fit and available. Great addition with his immense experience.

Let's agree to disagree on this one eh Dave?

One of the abiding criticisms of the Clarets on this board is that we have been far too lightweight in midfield and up front. Let?s hope that this begins to redress the balance.

Dobravka also a done deal.We just need Broja and Eriksen confirmed and I believe we could then be competitive in the PL.Erikson is brilliant at unlocking defenses and he would be a welcome addition in my humble opinion.

As that great big lummox of an Albanian centre-forward signed yet, or is he taking the piss ? Either sign on the dotted line or feck off and let us sign someone that actually wants to play for us.

Agreed. As soon as the words ?talks are ongoing? was written then it was obvious somethng was amiss. If he is prevaracating then get an alternative in before the season starts and *******s to him.

Reports suggest Burnley and our new Feeder Club have a hiccup about the terms of payment for Broja. He's had his medical and wants to come but a financial snag between the two clubs needs to be resolved first. Burnley FC claim it could the finalised today.

Jesus fecking wept, don't talk like a wazzock. Do you seriously believe that anything anyone posts on this forum makes any difference to any player thinking of signing for us ? The last time I heard anything so daft was when Gareth Taylor's dad was supposed to have taken exception to something posted on here, but that was 25 years ago. If being called a lummox upsets him it's a good job he never played for Alex Ferguson and I would respectfully suggest he gets himself home asap and asks his mammy to change his nappy.

In reality I'm 99.9 per cent sure Mr Broja has never heard of this forum, let alone read any of it. He will have a million far better things to do with his time than ponder the ramblings of silly old men on here.

I read all resolved between the Clubs and hope to have it signed, sealed, delivered today. Hope he can appear tomorrow at some point if fit enough, see copy and paste below from transferfeed.

'Burnley is close to signing Chelsea striker Armando Broja. According to Sky Sports, all details between the two clubs have been agreed upon, and the Albanian international has already undergone a medical examination. Discussions with his representatives about personal contract terms are ongoing, but Burnley is optimistic the deal will be completed this week.'

It's the sentiment mon ami. Only about 20 people in the whole civilized world can actually be arsed to read this forum and that number seems to be declining. No wonder really when a potential new signing is described as a "great big lummox of an Albanian centre-forward."
