I can remember the first and last time that I did it,I often went to the Catholic church that my ex went to on a Sunday as to me we all pray to the same God,on seeing that everyone else genuflected on entering church I thought that I would show respect and do it myself the next time we went,I got a right bollicking from her when we got home,you would think that I had mooned the priest or summat,I'm glad that I didn't go forward for the wafer* and wine now

*What's the proper name for the bread/wafer,I'm sure that it was called something beginning with U?
