For me 5 4 1 is too negative. It is almost like saying that we are going to get beaten but let’s limit the damage.

As regards the striker, why did we buy Broja if he is not going to play? I think Foster does put in a shift but with little, if any, end product. We have to be scoring goals and 5 4 1 does not say goals to me.

Parker doesn’t want to be on the end of another 9-0 drubbing but this ridiculous cautionary tactic is undermining the offensive ability of our team. Bring Dyche back.

I domt want sean back hes had his go and will be part of our history for his efforts.

Dont think hed help our situation at all tbh wed be going negative more than it already is.

Tbf to Parker we have played Spurs - City Liverpool Utd and villa - imagine the results if we’d opend up in these games.

We've had one expansive(ish) half of football from our 7 games to date, second half against Sunderland.

He was also very cautious against Forest at home. Like Army says, 5 tough, tough games (Utd was the easiest) and now we need to open up a bit more. Interesting times ahead.

We can score goals, Anthony is in the top EPL goalscorers, Foster needs better service and more licence to commit forward, or Broja needs to get game time asap.

Sorry lads, Parker cannot play Dycheball, it’s pathetic to watch him try.

Knee jerk reactions are not the solution BT - we all knew the task ahead and yet 7 games in were talking like we should have won more games than we have and also play open football against some of the better premiership teams.

Okay lets say we should have 2 more points than we have ( realistic ) I believe if did have those points no one would have said a word about our points - performances etc.

Let?s see what happens in the next 3-4 games and then re assess the situation.

I understand people asking questions and to a point I agree with our formation and squad selection but in reality it?s all subjective as Parker is the manager and he?s trying to plot to win games against the elite as you and others have already said it?s a results business and negative football isn?t going to win games.

As for Dyche back I can?t understand people thinking we don?t have a big forward or two capable centre backs to win headers at both ends of the pitch - so players that are here are not suited to Dyche ball and it would be a re build and start again.

With respect it?s still primitive imo that way of football and management has moved on you simply get out manoeuvred and outthought and ultimately outplayed.

From what I have read, Dyche is the last person in the world they want.

Dyches reputation is on the wain after managing us and his spell at Everton. I doubt that he will be offered another Premier league job.

I hope iam wrong as I think Dyche is now a burnt out Premier league manager, who could quite easily take Forest down

He always got the best out of our lot which is more than I can say about Parker. Ekdal and Tresor out in the cold. Who next?

Parker got us promoted with 100pts.
How could he have got more out of our lot?

Tresor is obviously not fit and Ekdal has missed one game this season, so how is that being left out in the cold?
