Apologies CA I was probably being harsh with that rather crude assessment, I rephrase it as he?s not up to standard

McGuckin is he playing out on loan, injured? He needs a manager to believe in him there's something there. Would give him a chance before J Holmes on the right.

Gru,your obsession, which is what it is,with McG is bizarre.
If he was good enough for our first team he would be here now fighting for a place, why do think Hamshaw has got something against him,he hasn't.
Try backing the manager and the players who are actually in the team, instead of childish ways of finding fault all the effing time.

I think most on here would have guessed that you're not a Hammy-clapper. You criticise but don't explain the criteria for what would, in your opinion, make a good manager.

So, serious question, what qualities do you look for in "my type" of manager?

Eastleigh haven?t played for a couple of weeks and he wasn?t in their last squad.
It?s a bit of a mystery where he might be.
Your cellar would be my guess you mentalist. Give him back.

McGuckin is definitely injured, it was on Eastleigh's X feed before their last game. No idea what the issue is but he hasn't played 90 minutes since 5 November.

The lad is always injured. If you count missing pre season training in Portugal, it is the 3rd time this season. Pretty amazing for a player who never plays

If we were to change manager , which I personally don't want too, I think MH is doing a great job ,, this will be controversial I think with many ,, but I would try to get Robbie Savage...

Warney is the type of manager whose team are the top goal scorers in their league, no one has lost less games than them, are 3 points off top of the league and in the 3rd round of the FA cup.

Must be terrible having that type of attacking minded manager with a winning mentality
