Strange one this as he has been without a club since last summer and is 36 years old and not match fit. However his experience will be invaluable on and off the field.

Well the positives from WBA cup game were that we created plenty of chances. With Idah out for the season, surely we can get a loan player in who can score a few goals, our lot fluffed so many chances to win that match comfortably.
The negatives will be the loss of revenue from being knocked out will restrict us getting any players in this transfer window.
Various media reporting that Ricardo Santos is off to Reading for ?340,000 subject to medical.
Unfortunately didn’t get a chance here, deemed not good enough.
Well he’s not off, the transfer has fallen through after Reading decided to pull out of the deal after reviewing his medical results report.
And in another blow, Kaelan Casey has been recalled by his parent club West Ham. Our own fault, he was not given enough game time here so defeated the objective of his loan deal.
He looked annoyed at being subbed in the West Brom Cup match, puzzling decision by Matos as he was playing well.

One more negative.
Manuel Benson, who has been a big flop here, is apparently not returning to Burnley.
With no chance of playing there, they are not recalling him.
More bad news, Crystal Palace winger Jesuran Rak-Sakyi doesn’t want to come to Swansea after the clubs agreed terms, preferring to go to Stoke apparently.
Bobby Wales is reported to be going out on loan, preferably to a League One club, leaving Vipotnik as the only recognised striker.
There’s got to be another striker lined up to replace him surely.
