Can we play these every week?
Outstanding first half and very satisfactory second. Im glad the lads slowed down second half and I hope we do the same in a weeks time.
Good 15 mins for big Joe too.

    Great result.

Lets do them the same at St. James.

Pleased to see Neave get his debut.

Pleased for Gordon to get 4 - it's the quickest hat-trick by an English player in the CL.

Tripz wanted someone else to take the pen as Gordon was on a Hatrick. However, Gordon was having none of it.

Nothing serious. All sorted at half time in the dressing room.

    Also understandable.

    Trips looking out for team.

Gordon looking out for his goals scored - would Shearer have handed it over . . . No chance.

Just discovered we had 7 English players start for us last night as well.

This is the most English players, starting for an English team in the CL since Man Utd in 97/98.

Neave looked at home, produced a decent cross which could have been converted and he got into the right positions on many occasions. He should have bagged a goal.

I hope he get's the start in the home leg.

    Agreed.

With a 5 goal lead and at home, you'd think this is the ideal game for him to start.
