The coach is a fraud. His post match interview is embarrassing blames everyone but himself. He should be embarrassed a total failure.

I agree he is embarrassing himself and if he had 1 ounce of credibility he would walk away. The substitutions were amateurish. He’s got players on the bench who he brings on for minutes. Said it before the worst manager we have ever had. What an absolute disgrace that we dropped points today. Failure is being polite. An absolute joke and embarrassment of a club representative.

A simple change to a four and adding an extra midfielder allowing cover to drop into a two with Powell in front of the four, would have allowed us to counter that tactical change. Matt we do not have the players to play wing backs how can you not see this?
Could not get to the game, and not seen the full replay yet. But reading all that from you, it fits. All of it.

The 3 at the back and WB?s is due I am sure to attacking intent, the way he wants to play. However, I have said all along that we do not really have the players or defence for the system. Not even half the time.

Some of the changes may have been injury or fitness led. Fair enough.

You either get the right players for a system or the system is chosen for the players. MH has done neither. Albeit hamstrung with leftovers to a degree. Hence the use a system for the players.

I reckon I have seen enough. We are going down most likely, and we need a new manger and the dead wood gone, both in the summer.

And the worst part is, like leaving Dawson in far far too long, the relegation could easily have been avoided.

    Manager and squad anew.

Watched brief highlights again after yesterday Agbaire he's a liability play Rafferty on the right in a back 3. Need a stronger midfield 3.

    Every defender is a liability.

You seem to be saying the reason we will go down is because of Dawson, that's horse sh*t to be honest.
There are many reasons why we have failed this season, and the goalie is way down the list.

I dearly want MH to succeed as Millers boss, but his persistence in playing 3 at the back has put us down. Teams open us up too easily down the flanks and we have no answer to it.
It worked better when we had Hall available as he is a proper wing back.
2-0 up against a good side we should have consolidated we have 2 of the best most experienced full backs in the league with Rafferty and James but the arout of position
I understand the need to play 3 at the back when we are light in midfield but yesterday wasn't the time to do it.

In Hamshaw's after match interview, the first thing he says is that if he was offered a point before the game, then he would have snapped their hand off. We're in the bottom 4 and we're the home team, why would we take a draw in our predicament? We're playing Bolton Wanderers not ****ing Real Madrid.

Taken in isolation (ignoring our league position) a 2-2 draw with Bolton isn't a bad result. We're not in the bottom 4 because of yesterday's result. We're in the bottom 4 because we got spanked twice by Blackpool, 7-0, over two games, lost twice to Doncaster and took 1 point off Burton from a possible 6. Aside from that, we've been rubbish all season.

Oh well, just Peterborough and Lincoln to come. I think the league table is about to become very ugly for us.

Are we more likely to drop two places than go up two places?

In the Yorkshire post it references that both Rafferty and James do not look comfortable as wing backs, we have defended well recently with four at the back, how stupid do you have to be to move away from that? What are the coaches saying to MH about that, surely Woody can see that 4 at the back is the answer then adapt midfield formations depending on the opposition. You don?t need UEFA coaching badges to see these things. Remember the keeper change only happened because of the fans the same fans that MH blamed again in his interview. I like Harry Gray, talented player, was useless yesterday, why doesn?t Biancheri get 30 mins instead of 3 minutes? He created issues in those 3 minutes, we had to fight to get him and the Villa lad here and MH will not play them. Those clubs are unlikely to help us in the future if we do not give them game time.
He really is an awful manager, he cannot be in charge next season no matter what league we are in.
