5th place has to be the target. No distractions else where, plenty of time on the training ground between matches the other side of the Derby.

I'm confident we'll see the team perform better which leaves me optimistic that they'll get it a bloody good go

It would be great to get in to the Europa league, actually think it is very winnable for us.

If it is the conference league, it gives the chance to blend some of the youth into our competitive matches, so I can see the benefit.

But it is going to mean far flung trips to countries I did not even know existed 🤣

I completely agree with you Guy.

The weakness of opposition in the Conference would mean the squad would play and the first team 11 probably wouldn't even travel to away days.

You can't see Bruno or Tonali needed to play against the Maltese Power house Hamrun Spartans FC or the mighty SK Sigma Olomouc of Czechia two of the Conference league stalwarts.

Astonishingly Palace managed to finish 10th and fail to qualify for the KO stages.

What a pointless nonsense club the plastic Londoners truly are.

Aston Villa currently sit fourth in the Premier League table while Liverpool are two points behind them in fifth and Chelsea are a further point behind in sixth.

Villa are favourites to win the Europa League this season, which also grants a Champions League qualification spot. Should Unai Emery?s side win the Europa League but drop to fifth, sixth place would be granted Champions League qualification through the European Performance Spot.

If Liverpool and Villa were to finish fifth or sixth and win the Champions League and Europa League respectively, then seventh place would be granted Champions League qualification through the European Performance spot.

Which would then push Europa League spots down as well.

Could end up with 10 teams from England in Europe next season.
