    Well this thread wandered aff a bit. Abortion rates will drop now the 2 child benefit cap has been lifted.

    I kinda like the idea of lifting if parents together and in employment

    I'd probably say employed 30 hours plus or self employed with 2 or 3 years accounts.

    Aye a working week for me is a minimum 40hr week, how the employment market has changed since I was a lad though.

    There would not be child poverty in the U.K. if the absentee fathers paid the maintenance for the child (children) they have fathered even if it is deducted from their benefits. It is not the U.K. and Scottish taxpayers job to pay for the cost of bringing up these children.
