Now Theresa takes over negotiations from Jeremy! Teach him to threaten the EU with no deal!

Supreme Court hearing SNPs latest ruse of their own Brexit Bill for Scotland looking to cause disruption/ independence.

Parliament making last minute announcements that can’t be challenged till October.

This lady new what was happening a year ago:-

The former UKIP leader Diane James speaking in July 2017-Asked if she thought Brexit would really happen, Mrs James replied: “No I don’t, I don’t think it will happen. If we look at what is happening at the moment, the Remain campaign has taken the initiative since the referendum.
“I fully believe there is going to be a fudge delivered further down the line that actually won’t be Brexit at all.
“And all the time that the Remain campaign takes the initiative, takes the lead and people become gradually disenfranchised, fed up with seeing all the negotiations aired on a daily basis in the press and the media, that will all deliver effectively a non-Brexit.

Latest opinion poll regarding the way forward. Option 3 looks interesting...but "make it more acceptable" to who?

1/. Brexit should be abandoned altogether 27%

2/. Negotiators should try to get the Prime Minister's deal agreed because it is the only remaining chance of getting Brexit through 9%

3/. The Prime Minister should go back to the drawing board and come up with a more acceptable plan by Brexit date of March 29th next year 20%

4/. Delay Article 50 to postpone Brexit and give the Prime Minister as much time as needed to come up with a more acceptable plan 6%

5/. Refuse to make any more concessions with the EU and leave without a Brexit deal if necessary 24%

    6/. Don't know 15%

59 That’s what happens when you offer too many options.

Does anyone really want 27% of those asked (probably a few thousand) to override 52% of the total electorate?

I just love all of this because it just goes to show how disgruntled the majority of the population will be no matter what, if anything, eventually happens.
Meanwhile, well out of the public eye, David Cameron is surveying what giving the people what they want has led to. He gave them the choice, as promised in the Election manifest, they voted differently to what he expected so, rather than try to negotiate something which was against his own feeling, he resigned as PM in order to let someone else handle things which was fair enough. He must now be very content that he is well out of the firing line because he did the honourable thing. Talk about The Great Escape!

"Irish Foreign Minister Simon Coveney warned that the UK ‘cannot afford’ to leave the EU without a deal."

A headline I saw in some paper or other today, strangely he fails to mention the IMF report last week, that said the UK leaving without a deal would lead to 50,000 job losses in the Republic. Nor have I seen it reported on this side of the Irish Sea either.

    (Simon Coveney)

He added: “The negative implications of a no deal Brexit are very significant for Ireland and for the United Kingdom. We all have an obligation to make sure that that does not happen.”

Seems project fear v2 is now underway with Theresa reassuring us there will be food and medicine reserves if there is a no deal Brexit. Only 70 more papers to come out.
The plan ... to get us begging for staying.
Lots of people have food reserves in their ample fat stores! Lol

Spot on OC, you have to hand it to the Remoaners, they know what they're doing. Project Fear ramps up again, we'll now be inundated with non-stop horror stories about the perils of trading under WTO rules. And at the end we'll all be trembling on our knees pleading with the EU to let us back in, that's the theory anyway.

You remind of a couple of Muppet characters sticking your fingers in your ears saying "La La La" and totally ignoring any one who explains the reality of a no deal Brexit. "Project Fear 2! Project Fear 2!" is the new mantra, and just about the only comment I hear when it is explained to you the realities of a no deal Brexit which will probably happen in March.

Luckily, the NHS (who are stockpiling ***** drugs etc to avert a shortage) business and even our Government are treating the matter in a more grown up way. The issues of friction of trade coming from the EU and a whole host of problems that will be caused by a no deal will likely become painfully obvious in March. How will the Irish border problem be resolved? You seem to be in denial that there is actually a problem here.

Even one of your cheer leaders Jason Rees-Mogg is suggesting that we may not see a benefit of Brexit for 50 years. I will be 115 years old by then.
    https://www.esquire.com/uk/latest-ne...-for-50-years/

But you Comical Alis have got it all sorted out.

Just trust Rees-Mogg, Nigel, Boris and Arron Banks. These are the only people worth listening to, eh?

Simon Coveney (who Sinkov helpfully mis-quoted) is just indulging in Project Fear Two when he explained to us the impact on the UK and the EU (including Ireland) the realities of a no deal Brexit.

Even Donald Trump is a bestie with Jean-Claude Juncker and the EU today I notice.

"Obviously the European Union, as represented by @JunckerEU and the United States, as represented by yours truly, love each other!" - Donald Trump. 26 July 2018.
