Scottish club Rangers are said, to want to sack their manager, but can not afford the compensation.
It would seem compensation for a sacked manager / head coach is what is written in the contract.

Has I posted on 10 November 2022, Rangers wanted to sack Van Bronkhorst, but his compensation was
a big sum, to which was written in his contract, so Rangers have paid a lot of money, to get shut.

Been reported last week that Steve Gerrard, could return as manager.

Southamptom CEO Martin Semmens, said it was the right time to sack Hasenhuttl.

With the CEO surname Semmens, Hasenhuttl should have seen it coming.

When you look at it, when a manager / head coach lose their jobs, its not just the
manager, it most cases its the backroom staff also losing their jobs, because a
new manager / head coach will want to bring in his own backroom staff.

So with Wigan Athletic sacking manager Leam Richardson, who just signed a new
3 year contract, his backroom staff he fetched in, will surely have signed a new
contract also.
So will backroom staff be looking after team affairs, then get the bullet when a
new manager is appointed, who perhaps will fetch in his own backroom staff.
so eventually Wigan have to pay compensation to ex-manager Richardson, then
the backroom staff.

Scottish club Rangers
After sacking manager Giovanni Van Bronkhorst, the club are looking to terminate the
contracts of coaches, David Vos & Roy Makaay, so like I said compensation to back
room staff, as well as the manager.
