    Radz has No option, now.

Suppose it's a positive 'gee-up' for our senior pro's to have a say in matters of playing style for a short while but long term as JM found out - only one gaffer to call the shots popular or not.

Radz alone messed this up (his decision) as when reviewing 'others' decision making prognosis the reviewer (Radz) should have taken into account the dilemmas or emergencies that the other decision makers had faced.

For me, the standard expected of risk decisions should be consistent with what would be expected from a 'similar rank' (Owner) of experience of the same circumstances.
That's what happens daily were I work for sure.

Personally for me - the best way to understand any position is to ask what "assumptions" would make it a rational decision.
Any then any "presumption" if taken is only an idea that is taken to be true on the basis of probability.

So if you understand yourself & understand your enemy then you need't fear any battles ahead appears to be Radz attitude on "probable" Coaching appointments.

Looking closely at Radz 'other business acquisitions & mergers of late, he showed a strong structured merger communications strategy - ***** to clarify what comes next in any business merger - so what's the prob at Leeds ?

At Leeds Radz appears to struggle in separating fact from fiction with constant dependence on usage of the LUFC internal communications personnel & it appears to me that trusted senior employees hold different perceptions about player 'acquisitions' based lately on LUFC partner attractiveness & target responsiveness.

So those 'differing-perceptions' will only make employees perceive the acquisitions as an opportunity or a threat. Radz as the owner should have been more aware of all perceptions & have taken them into account when crafting his strategy for recent internal LUFC communication, IMO.

Embarrassing to be honest & revolves around the LUFC valuation used in last round of financing - me thinks.

Not sure it is Radz’s fault alone. Phil Hay, Adam Pope and others have been saying board as a whole wanted rid in early January but Orta defended him and even when they pressed the button was saying it was the wrong decision.

Orta was overruled. Also suggestions 49ers will buy out Radz very soon (next few weeks) as the decision making is too fragmented.

That may make it more likely that a long term replacement will wait to the summer so any incoming will be temporary basis only.

Looks like Orta’s time may be coming to a close too. WTF get your champagne ready 🙃

Agree about shared responsibilities of this debacle. Radrizzani may be the owner, and have "intelligence" on how football works, but no owner of any club can know everything about such a complex organism, and depends on a variety of others specialist for support and advice. trouble is (you can this coming!), he has been depending on some pretty duff "specialists"! Kinnear is ok, reasonable PR and a relatively clean image, not sure about how big a hitter he really is, and the only major achievement before joining Leeds was the move of Spam to the London stadium, complex but not "running the club". The 49-ers have their own agenda I'm sure and if its true that their "planning horizon" is 10 years, a dip into the Championship, with the benefit of parachute payments and the possibility of a clear out of previous regime stalwarts might not be such a bad idea. Orta is likely to be one of those cleared out whether we stay up or not, IF the 49-ers take control. He simply isn't good at recruiting suitable players to take us either back to the PL, or UP the PL rankings, his hit rate as I have said for a LOOOOOONNGGGG time is pathetic and it doesn't take being a rocket scientist to work that out (Data rules nowadays, as I keep getting reminded, and his stats are dismal).

If he gets the bullet, I for one won't "look back fondly" on his time at LUFC, rather look forward to seeing competence introduced into that particular role.

Orta is the most brilliant executive at the club we need him.

Some good takes on the situation. Thank you for the insight.

I was OK with Orta until the last year. Think he's really kind of lost the plot after that. Think he was a driver on the small squad and the lack of incoming players before that season. Not just his decision but he could have pushed back hard. as I understand it that's the DOF's job.

I am an Adams and Mckennie fan but suspect that was more the 49's than him. One of the big bummers if relegated is the loss of Gnonto, Meslier, Adams and Summerville. Mckennies loan to buy will go away. we'll get pennies on the pound for the sale of our players and youth. Very painful to think about.

The 49's do have money if the sale goes through and we have one of the best fan bases in the world.

Good old Harry R wants the job now - surely not, he's been out for six years and time he stuck to retirement. Not discrediting him but accept it over Harry
