European Football -

The exodus at Liverpool FC continues, after Jurgen Klopp decided to stand down as manager.

Assistant Liverpool manager Pep Lijnders, has been announced as the new head-coach of
Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg.

Lijnders was manager of NEC Nijmegen in 2018.

Before he went to Liverpool, Lijnders coached at PSV Eindhoven & FC Porto.

Also joining Lijnders at Red Bull Salzburg as his assistant, is Liverpool coach Vitor Matos.

Lijnders & Matos both sign 3 year contracts at Red Bull Salzburg.

Both will see out the rest of the season, with Liverpool FC
