Just been watching STV news and seen Dave Cormack talking about Derek McInnes. Cormack is the spit of Stewart Milne in his facial expressions and talk. What a let down if he ever becomes chairman if he is anything like Milne during his tenure ship.

I had a listen, embarrassing obsequious BS, you'd think McInnes were the Kingpin at the club.
'Where hes got us in 6 years' ! needing a total revamp is the answer.
What a joke.
I was hoping this bloke would be different.
"Derek, the club, Stewart [Milne] and myself aren't insecure," he said. "We'll get to the right thing to do with his contract at the right time.
"The most important thing is that Derek is still committed to club football, still committed to Aberdeen."

We are not the best at selling ourselves and generally try to sound as boring as possible as a club. Whoever thinks of investing money into that club with people like Milne and Cormack at the top table need their heads examined.
It won’t be long before they blame the internet fans/club fans for the lack of funds. It’s only a matter of when.
I’m more surprised that anyone thought McInnes job is anywhere near being under threat.
I was always knew wiggy thinks the sun shines out of McInnes erse but it seems like McCormack is also a big fan, maybe being a fan of McInnes is one of the main reasons Stewart Milne lets people join the board.
Other than having a lot of money of course.
Must be great strolling into work every morning, knowing there’s no pressure or expectation on you to do well.
No reason to think McInnes won’t come under the same pressure as the numerous previous managers who were hired and fired by Milne , if results and/or overall performance become steadily worse.
Calderwood got the dunt despite only once finishing outwith the top four , and even that was just by two points, when we were in with a shout of finishing fourth right up to the last kick of the final game that season. Showing that the expectations and demands at Aberdeen are , by any reasonably objective view , quite high.
And as is often mentioned by Dons fans, there isn’t much confidence in the board appointing a decent manager again. I’d guess the board themselves recognise the difficulty of getting a good replacement. which would beg the question......Why would they take the risk of getting rid of the manager who by far and away has been the best appointment they’ve made in about 25 years ?
