Justin Cochrane has joined Manchester United academy as head of player development and coaching, overseeing youth teams between Under-17 and Under-23 level.

Cochrane’s arrival effectively fills the space left by the departing Nicky Butt but it alters Mark Dempsey’s role to some capacity.

He was previously youth development phase lead at the FA and England Under-17s lead coach.

That'll be 500k with add ons then. We have no clue how to tell clubs to do one and command fees like even Peterborough. If the offer isn't good enough then make him play his year out that may even see us go straight back up.
