Ach come on mate,we did win the game because of his goal,he goes FN mental when he scores against the team who tried to sign him and gets a yellow for it.Ok from then on he should know better but was it not good to see a player doing everything in his power to get us a victory?.
At times on this board i have cremated him and backed him in equal measure but on Sunday he wanted a United victory as much as i did and that gives him credit in the bank with me.

There's negative criticism and then there's you laying into the lad calling him daft names.

That's the reason I stood up for him. As for the dive/non dive whichever you prefer, all clubs have players that do it. It's been around for decades and isn't going anywhere anytime soon, we are meant to stand up for our team and lay into opposition ones whether it's hypocritical or not, it's what being a football supporter is about.

If he'd won us a penalty that gave us a trophy he'd be a club legend and we'd be laughing about it for decades.

Just as an aside here I disagree with what you said about diving v the Fun or diving for a penalty to win a trophy. That's not what I want Dundee United to be about.
