Anyway, I was at the game. Thought a draw would have been a fair result and reflection of the chances created by both sides. Maybe a win for us if all the decisions had gone our way.

I'm definitely feeling a bit more positive about the next few games. It's Tranmere away that worries me slightly though.
Most teams are winning again around us -further compounds our loss yesterday
Cant wait till we start winning again, and stop this current downtrend

Listening to Stockport's manager and seeing the comments of many of the Stockport fans, they are hugely complimentary about the way Notts played, describing us as undoubtedly the best they've faced this season. Of course, it's easier to be magnanimous if you've walked off with the three points, but I think the comments are genuine.

We are, in effect, where Stockport were last season. We know we are good enough to be more than competitive at this higher level, but now it's a case of taking everything that is (widely acknowledged as) good about our game and building upon it by ironing out the weaknesses (defensively). This certainly isn't the time to be changing everything just because of a few adverse results, any more than our good results up to October were reason to conclude we were unstoppable. It's a learning process, and taking things in the round, we're doing fine for the stage we're at.

Shocking decision for the Florists' sending off too to be honest. What a terrible shame. Most upsetting.

Were they singing Cooper's name this afternoon? That could become awkward in the coming months if they do. Newcastle and Man Utd up next for them. Luton with a game in hand.
They're now on course to finish with 30 points, Luton increase to a projected 27, Burnley 23, Sheff Utd 19. The gap is closing.

That will probably be six points for them the way United and Newcastle are playing.🥵
