Can't believe people are turning their noses up at Mullin, what strange fans we have.

Given the Radar input on recruitment, and general success of our recent recruitment, I have totally recalibrated my expectations when it comes to incomings. If I have not heard of them, my assumption is they will more than likely turn out to be good.

If Mullin signs tomorrow, I for one would be over the moon. Imagine him raring to go after a stop-start season. Great stuff.

Mullin has a shin injury (confirmed by Parkinson) so any rumour of him on loan is false. Like many have said Traore will probably be Jatta v2 , coming in 6 months ahead to replace him in Summer.

This would be good proactive business from Notts

The same fans on here who have constantly berated him for what he is (and what Wrexham fans have now realised), an aging, diving, moaning forward who spent his peak years playing well below his level for ???.

The complete opposite to a Macca / Jatta type. No thanks.

Talent wise Mullin would be fine but he just doesn't suit the Clubs philosophy and way of doing things.

    For that reason, I'm out

The clubs philosophy is to achieve in line with but mainly above the outlay. If Mullin comes in on a short term loan, and we pay a percentage of his wages (whatever that is compared to whatever they are) and he contributes to us getting promoted and we are not tied into a permanent signing then I would say mission accomplished philosophy wise.

To be absolutely fair to Paul Mullin, everybody ages. That is categorically not his fault.

Agreed he?s againg badly compared to the like of Didzy who got the league one golden boot at 35, Mullin has 3 goals at 30 years old. Not the profile we need or want.
