Inevitable incoming
...inevitabley bored with all the usual bull sh1te.........
Wycombe Wanderers signing players, yet don't have a manager in place,
the club must have good back-up in having someone, who can run a club,
& has the fax-machine serviced regularly.
Is this why rumours are flying about Evans not being backed by the chairman and could be on the move?Other clubs are strengthening their squads,we've sold off two and let three loanees back.We have an opportunity to rise up this league but looks like we're not bothered. If this is so, then the supporters are being taken for mugs yet again.Where is the ambition and why do we never pay the going rate for players?
We don't know if that is the reason, it could just be that our backroom staff aren't very good at their jobs. We are told they are working hard, but are they? Are they working smart?
They need to be measured by the outcomes and as of now their performance is not looking very good, and we are told by SE that TS is asking why deals haven't been done.
Remember our backroom staff haven't even told SE whether they intend to offer contracts to certain players.
It is about time that Paul Davis and other journalists started to ask difficult questions to people at the club, rather than always sat listening to one man.
To be honest a lot of people I speak to (mostly season ticket holders) are largely disinterested about the lack of incoming activity in this transfer window.
After all it's just deja vu as we've been here so many times before and nothing ever seems to change.
TS is running out of road and SE is covering his back in case he doesn't get his own way.
Results on the pitch may have improved somewhat but it seems the club as a whole is still stagnating.
Incoming Monday 1 maybe 2
Anyone know when the transfer window closes so that I can programme my expectations to desist!TIA
